God created us to be in relationship with him and in community with other believers. Small group Bible studies offer the opportunity to grow in our knowledge and love of Christ and his Word with our fellow sisters in Christ. While we grow in our faith, we are also given ample opportunities to pray for one another, care for each other, and do life together. There are a number of groups that meet throughout the week- both during the days and in the evenings. Groups with childcare are an option during the school year.

We believe that investing in moms= an investment in the future. The mission of MOPS is to encourage and equip moms of young children to realize their potential as mothers, women and leaders, in relationship with Jesus, and in partnership with the church. This group meets September-May. The first meeting of the month is playdate style while the second meeting of the month has childcare and a deeper discussion topic or lesson.

1 Corinthians 10:31 instructs us that ‘in whatever you do, do it for the glory of God’. This includes our interests! We have several groups that get together over common hobbies to bond in community and encourage one another while pointing one another to Christ. There is a craft group (meets every other month), book club (monthly). There are also seasonal opportunities such as bonfire nights in the summer and hiking.

We know that many women are incredibly busy. We seek to provide 4 bigger opportunities throughout the year with a larger group of women. We’ve had brunches with guest speakers, Soup cook off, Women of all seasons panel to share wisdom and encouragement, day long conference, and Advent Tea. These are a great way to connect and meet other women in our church.
